This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary server log data: IP address, date and time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, uninterrupted operation). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. Fonts are served locally; no connection to Google Fonts is made. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
To book, you are redirected to a payment page operated by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Stripe processes the data you enter there: name, email address, payment details, billing address, IP address and transaction data. We never receive full card details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Your invoice is sent automatically by Stripe via email. Details: stripe.com/privacy
The live sessions, the Community Calls and the Personal Guidance sessions take place via Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc., USA). Processed data: name or display name, email address, meeting metadata as well as video and audio during participation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The live sessions are recorded so that you can watch them later. Participants may be visible and audible in the recordings. Recording takes place only with your explicit consent, which we obtain in the personal introductory call (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. You may switch off your camera at any point.
Recordings are accessible only to members of Deepen Your Practice and are never published. They are deleted no later than three months after they were made. Personal Guidance sessions are not recorded.
If you write to us via WhatsApp or join a group, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your phone number, profile data and message content. Group members can see each other’s phone numbers. Participation is voluntary and you may leave the group at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. On request we will communicate by email only.
For Personal Guidance, we also use WhatsApp to arrange dates, send payment links and answer questions before and after your session.
Before you start or before a 1:1 session we ask about your yoga experience and, insofar as you share it voluntarily, about physical limitations. Health-related information is special category data under Art. 9 GDPR and is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, purely to adapt the practice safely to you. It is never passed on. For memberships it is deleted when the membership ends; for Personal Guidance no later than 12 months after your last session – or immediately at any time on request. You can withdraw your consent at any time by WhatsApp or email.
The controller as well as the services used (Stripe, Zoom) are based in the USA. A transfer of personal data to the USA is therefore unavoidable. It takes place on the basis of the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or your consent. There is a residual risk of access by US authorities.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact coaching@marenmeier.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

These terms apply to all contracts for the programme “Yoga Beyond – Level 1 · Body” between Flow Healing Coaching LLC, Maren Meier (“we”) and you as a participant.
We offer three services:
Regular Yoga Sessions – a monthly membership with access to three weekly live sessions of about 60 minutes via Zoom (Traditional Hatha Yoga) and a WhatsApp group for session links and updates.
Deepen Your Practice – a monthly membership with three weekly Deepen sessions of about 75 minutes (Monday, Wednesday, Friday), the three weekly Regular Yoga Sessions as a complementary addition at no extra cost, personal guidance by Vasu and Maren, a dedicated community group, one Community Call and one Knowledge Call per month, and access to recordings of the Deepen sessions.
Personal Guidance – individually bookable 1:1 sessions with Vasu and Maren via Zoom: Physical Yoga Practice (60 minutes) or Personal Guidance (75 minutes). The date is arranged individually.
For Personal Guidance sessions: payment is made before the session via a Stripe payment link. Sessions are not recorded; everything you share is treated confidentially. You can reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed time – by WhatsApp or email. For later cancellations or no-shows, the full price is due. If you arrive late, we will extend the session where our schedule allows. If we need to cancel a session, we will arrange a new date with you.
Participation in the live sessions of the memberships is voluntary and flexible; there is no entitlement to a specific number of sessions per week beyond the schedule offered.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled for good cause; we will inform you in good time and offer an alternative date or the recording.
The contract is concluded when you complete the booking via the Stripe payment page and we confirm it. Memberships begin at the start of a month.
Regular Yoga Sessions costs € 125 per month. Deepen Your Practice costs € 279 per month. Personal Guidance costs € 59 (Physical Yoga Practice, 60 minutes) or € 119 (Personal Guidance, 75 minutes) per session. These are final prices; German VAT is neither charged nor shown, as the provider is a US company. Payment is made online via Stripe – monthly in advance for memberships. Your invoice is sent automatically by Stripe via email.
Memberships run monthly and renew automatically for one month at a time. They can be cancelled monthly in writing – by email or WhatsApp. If your cancellation reaches us by the end of a month, the membership ends at the end of the following month.
All content, recordings and materials are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your membership. Sharing, publication or reproduction is not permitted.
Participation is at your own responsibility. Yoga is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or therapy. If you have health complaints, are pregnant, injured or have pre-existing conditions, please clarify your participation with a doctor beforehand. You are required to disclose relevant limitations before you start and to adapt the practice to your limits at all times.
This also applies to Personal Guidance sessions: they are personal yoga guidance and not psychotherapy, medical treatment or medical advice. Please let us know in the questionnaire what we should take into account.
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to the amount of the participation fee paid.
We expect respectful conduct in the sessions and in the WhatsApp group. In cases of serious or repeated breaches we may exclude participants; the claim to the remaining membership period lapses on a pro rata basis.
The law of the State of New Mexico, USA, applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. Amendments require text form.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving any reason. This right remains in place even if the service has already started within that period.
This also applies to individually booked Personal Guidance sessions. If a session takes place within the withdrawal period at your express request and you then withdraw, you pay a reasonable amount for the service already provided (compensation for value).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to coaching@marenmeier.de or in writing to Flow Healing Coaching LLC, Maren Meier, 1209 Mountain Rd LP EN STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Sending the notice in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment. If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired, you owe reasonable compensation for the parts of the service already used up to that point — in particular for live sessions attended, the personal introductory call and recordings accessed. This compensation is calculated pro rata to the scope of the booked month or session and deducted from the refund.
