This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM. When you visit the site, the host processes technically necessary server log data: IP address, date and time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type and operating system. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure, uninterrupted operation). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.
This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. Fonts are served locally; no connection to Google Fonts is made. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
To book, you are redirected to a payment page operated by Stripe (Stripe, Inc., USA / Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland). Stripe processes the data you enter there: name, email address, payment details, billing address, IP address and transaction data. We never receive full card details. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Your invoice is sent automatically by Stripe via email. Details: stripe.com/privacy
The live sessions and the personal introductory call take place via Zoom (Zoom Communications, Inc., USA). Processed data: name or display name, email address, meeting metadata as well as video and audio during participation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
The live sessions are recorded so that you can watch them later. Participants may be visible and audible in the recordings. Recording takes place only with your explicit consent, which we obtain in the personal introductory call (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time. You may switch off your camera at any point.
Recordings are accessible only to the participants of the respective course and are never published. They are deleted three months after the course ends.
If you write to us via WhatsApp or join the course group, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes your phone number, profile data and message content. Group members can see each other’s phone numbers. Participation is voluntary and you may leave the group at any time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR. On request we will communicate by email only.
Before the course starts we ask about your yoga experience and, insofar as you share it voluntarily, about physical limitations. Health-related information is special category data under Art. 9 GDPR and is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, purely to adapt the practice safely to you. It is never passed on and is deleted after the course ends.
The controller as well as the services used (Stripe, Zoom) are based in the USA. A transfer of personal data to the USA is therefore unavoidable. It takes place on the basis of the EU Commission’s standard contractual clauses or your consent. There is a residual risk of access by US authorities.
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. Please contact coaching@marenmeier.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

These terms apply to all contracts for the programme “Yoga Beyond – Level 1 · Body” between Flow Healing Coaching LLC, Maren Meier (“we”) and you as a participant.
The programme comprises a three-month guided yoga practice from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027 with four live sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) of approximately 75 minutes each via Zoom, a questionnaire and a 45-minute personal introductory call, personal guidance by Vasu and Maren, access to a WhatsApp group, and recordings of all live sessions.
Individual sessions may be rescheduled for good cause; we will inform you in good time and offer an alternative date or the recording.
The contract is concluded when you complete the booking via the Stripe payment page and we confirm it. Places are limited and allocated in the order bookings are received.
Participation costs € 1,997 for one person, € 1,697 per person when booking as two, and € 1,497 per person when booking as three. These are final prices; German VAT is neither charged nor shown, as the provider is a US company. Payment is made online via Stripe. Instalment plans are possible after personal consultation. Your invoice is sent automatically by Stripe via email.
All content, recordings and materials are protected by copyright. You receive a personal, non-transferable right of use for the duration of the course and three months thereafter. Sharing, publication or reproduction is not permitted. Recordings are accessible only to the course group.
Participation is at your own responsibility. Yoga is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis or therapy. If you have health complaints, are pregnant, injured or have pre-existing conditions, please clarify your participation with a doctor beforehand. You are required to disclose relevant limitations before the course begins and to adapt the practice to your limits at all times.
No specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to the amount of the participation fee paid.
We expect respectful conduct in the sessions and in the WhatsApp group. In cases of serious or repeated breaches we may exclude participants; the claim to the remaining course period lapses on a pro rata basis.
The law of the State of New Mexico, USA, applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
Should any provision be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains effective. Amendments require text form.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of its conclusion without giving any reason. This right remains in place even if the course has already started within that period.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us of your decision by a clear statement — by email to coaching@marenmeier.de or in writing to Flow Healing Coaching LLC, Maren Meier, 1209 Mountain Rd LP EN STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Sending the notice in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.
If you validly withdraw, we will refund all payments received without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice, using the same means of payment. If you requested that the service begin before the withdrawal period expired, you owe reasonable compensation for the parts of the service already used up to that point — in particular for live sessions attended, the personal introductory call and recordings accessed. This compensation is calculated pro rata to the total scope of the course and deducted from the refund.
